Germany's most hated club RB Leipzig hit by stones and insults

If I am not mistaken there was talk of Red Bull putting in an offer in the West Ham or would that become RB Hammers?

Razzle - the one that wasn't allowed, you mean?

The FA wouldn't let Hull add their nickname, so they're hardly going to allow the Red Bull brand.

Think you mean Jack Walker mate, or Uncle Jack to Blackburn fans.

Re: Red Bull
There was loads of 'Blackburn bought it' at the time, definitely.

Re: Red Bull
I was thinking along the lines of them changing the name. By putting the RB as a prefix....I could see a Hull Tigers situation happening...

I can't remember the press digging out Howard Walker when he bought the league for Blackburn, Spandex is right we are used to it now.

We are used to the megabucks owner here now, the Bosch aren't. However they will have to, it's the future whether they like it or not.

Modern football actually IS shit.

I like their system of only buying youth. We should be looking at that and emulating it.

Re: Red Bull
Because Chelsea were the first to do it in a massive way (and the media loved Mourinho), no one really questioned that a club could be transformed by laundered cash that was basically being stolen almost directly from the Russian government.

They were languishing in the lower leagues and RB bought them and within two years they were challenging for the Bundesliga.

I suppose it's a case of other fans and clubs seeing it as them just simply not achieving success the 'organic' way.
